These conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Trem srl through the website of E-commerce

All purchases made through the website will be governed by these terms and conditions of sale (according to the Italian law and in particular to D.Lgs. 70/2003 concerning e-commerce and D.Lgs. 206/2005 with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts).
Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer.


The Customer declares and guarantees to be of legal age (in the case of a natural person) and that the personal data provided during the registration process to the Site are correct and truthful. The customer undertakes to promptly communicate any change in data and to check the correct functioning of the e-mail address indicated during registration.

The access credentials to the personal page of the site are personal, and can not be transferred to third parties. By sending the Order electronically, the Customer executes an irrevocable proposal to purchase the products selected in the Cart, with express request for execution even without prior acceptance. The seller has the right to accept or not the proposal, or to accept it partially with respect to the quantity indicated, giving notice via the email indicated at the time of registration.


By confirming the order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the conditions written down below.

For each purchase will be issued an invoice. The documents will be inserted directly in the shipment.


The Customer can only purchase the products on the website at the time of sending the order as described in the relevant information sheets. The images on the site are provided to facilitate the user in choosing the model, but may not reflect exactly the appearance of the product delivered.

The availability of products is generally indicated on the site and updated as frequently as possible.

This frequency is considered sufficient to guarantee reliable information, but it cannot exclude that a product indicated as available at the time of the online Order may not be actually assigned to the Order itself.

If a purchased product is missing, you will be promptly notified of the inconvenience and you can decide whether to partially receive the order, wait for the arrival of the product or cancel the order.

If the payment has already been made, any refund will be made using the same method used by the customer at the time of order.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, the Customer is informed that to make the purchase proposal he must follow the procedure of cart in Italian, which allows – before the actual transmission of the order form – to detect and correct any data entry errors.

Once the purchase proposal is sent, the supplier immediately after the acceptance of the proposal, will send by email the General Conditions of Sale and the "Confirmation of Registration Order" (with a summary of the information regarding the characteristics of the product purchased, a detailed indication of the price, the means of payment used, the delivery costs and any additional costs and, if consumer, information on the right of withdrawal).



Trem Srl  will ship the goods available in prompt delivery within 3-5 working days  rom the receipt of the order or, in case of products not in stock, within the delivery times indicated within the product sheets.

In the event that the requested products are not currently available in stock, Trem Srl  will communicate within 3-5 days from the receipt of the order the expected shipping date or the unavailability of the products ordered, without any liability arising therefrom. These terms should therefore not be considered binding for Trem Srl.

Trem Srl delivers its products through specialized couriers. The shipping costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted when purchasing within the cart. The cost of the shipment varies depending on the destination, the weight and the volume of the goods. All our shipments are covered by insurance. Attention: for the disadvantaged locations we will charge an extra surcharge that will be calculated each time according to the final destination. The customer, can indicate directly in the cart if he wants the service of booking the delivery so as to be contacted by the courier before delivery. If at the time of delivery no one is present, the courier will leave a paper notice and you will have to contact him to agree on the return. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the product will be stored free of charge at the Carrier’s premises for 10 days. After 10 days of storage the order will be automatically cancelled and we will refund the value of the order itself, reduced delivery and storage costs.

Unlike express couriers, which leave notice and guarantee the second passage, when the goods are transported on pallets, in the case of heavy and bulky goods, the stock is triggered at the first empty passage. The costs of storage and possible redelivery, which will be calculated from time to time, are charged to the customer and will be requested at a later time.

The purchased product is sent to the customer exclusively at the ground floor of the property of the address indicated at the time of purchase; the request for delivery to the floors or with hydraulic bank, in case of particularly heavy packages or personal needs, must be specified at the time of purchase.

After the shipment you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document and in the“Order Confirmation email”

Warning:  we can only be liable for damage caused by the transport if the goods have been accepted subject to control with relative specification of the reason.

In case of breakage or tampering of the package the Customer must then collect the goods by signing the bill " WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" (on the copy that remains to the courier), in this way you can check the content and inform us about the status of the goods. It is also necessary to always specify the reason for the reserve (e.g. broken packaging, crushed packaging, damaged packaging, laundry packaging, perforated packaging, obvious damage to the product, etc.).

No claim for damage caused by carriage shall be admissible unless it has been noted in writing on the delivery documents returned to the courier. All packages travel insured, but the insurance, without the reservation on the bubble, does not cover anything.

Any damage must be communicated no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After these 7 days from delivery nothing can be done anymore. In the case of defective or damaged goods, the Customer may return it no later than 7 days, communicating in writing by e-mail to Defective goods, if accepted, will be replaced or refunded.

Trem Srl is not responsible for any delays in delivery attributable to the courier, as it is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products after delivery of the products to the customer. In case of non-delivery after 30 days from the date communicated, the Seller is required to refund the total amount paid.


The prices published on the Website are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT .

The payment of the purchased Products can be made through the payment methods described in the site during the purchase procedure.

In case of withdrawal or termination of the contract for any reason involving the re-crediting of the amount paid by credit card, the supplier will require the credit card issuer to release the amount. The release times depend exclusively on the credit card issuer or Paypal.

Trem Srl will deliver the goods to the courier only after receipt of the sale price, if other forms of payment have not been agreed between the same and the customer.

To cancel an order, please inform us by phone or e-mail your choice as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours after the order. In this case Ibath will refund the Customer the full amount using the same channel used for the payment.


The Seller guarantees to the Customer, for a period of 2 years  from the date of delivery of the products (DL 24/02), that the products are free from manufacturing and/ or design defects such as to make the products unfit for use for which the products are made. The 2-year warranty is reserved for the private consumer, and therefore for the natural person who buys the products. For customers who use the items for professional use (purchase with VAT) the guarantee is 12 months. To take advantage of the warranty service the customer must keep the invoice.

The Seller is exempt from the warranty for defects if the Customer has not made proper use of the products or if he has altered or modified them without the consent of the Seller or has not promptly communicated to the Seller, by registered letter a/r, defects or defects in conformity of the products.

In case of defects or defects of the product, the customer must request it via e-mail. The Seller, verified and recognized the defect of the product, may at its choice:


The right of withdrawal for distance purchases cannot be applied for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized (these products include washbasins, shower trays, mirrors or other made-to-measure items) or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk to deteriorate or alter quickly, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99 art. 5 paragraph 3c.

The Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the product without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days  from receipt of the product, pursuant to art. 52 and ss. - D.Lgs 21/02/2014 nr 21. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons and not by legal ones. Saturday is considered a public holiday. If the period expires on a public holiday, it shall be extended to the first following working day.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it through an explicit declaration, which may be transmitted by registered mail, via e-mail to, via Fax to 0434.610781 or through the appropriateform. The withdrawal may concern all or only part of the purchased products. Ibath will forward to the consumer, by sending an e-mail, the practice number assigned.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging and complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment) within 14 days from the date on which the user has communicated that he wishes to terminate the contract pursuant to Article 54. Please avoid using adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the supplier will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal, including delivery costs initially incurred, within 14 days of the return of the goods using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.


On all that form object of the present supply, even if it will be installed and fixed, it weighs the private property of the Trem Srl and this until payment of the agreed price, interests and expenses. This right for which the provisions of art. 1523 and following of the C.C. will remain unaffected also in the case were granted extensions or postponements to the installment payments.


The sales contract between the Customer and Trem Srl is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the & rsquo; application, execution and interpretation of this contract is the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Pordenone. However, in the event that the customer acts as a“consumer”,the court of the place where the customer resides or has an address for service is competent.


Personal data are collected for the purpose of registering the Customer and activate the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communications; These data are processed electronically in compliance with the laws in force and may be presented only at the express request of the court or other authorities authorized by law. The personal data will be communicated to delegates to the & rsquo; carrying out the activities necessary for the & rsquo; execution of the contract stipulated and disseminated exclusively in the & rsquo; scope of this purpose.

Attention to the security and confidentiality of the Customer’s data is a priority for the Supplier; information regarding the person, company/firm, the orders and purchases made are strictly confidential and the supplier undertakes not to disseminate and not to sell the information in his possession to external companies for promotional purposes.

The information provided will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending newsletters, special news, promotional, offers of new products, unless it is expressed the contrary will at the time of registration or subsequently by sending e-mail to

The Customer, with the subscription of the appropriate model of information and consent, declares to have been informed of all the elements required by art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196 and gives consent, pursuant to art. 23 of the aforementioned decree, that personal and business data are processed in accordance with the law and eventually disclosed to third parties, and (or transferred to countries within the European Union or to third countries pursuant to art. 42 and 43 of the decree, in particular to foreign entities, including non-EU), whose collaboration should be necessary.
